Amazing workout

I really liked the workouts for this leg-day program. I’ve used the Six-Day program audiobook and that was good too. Quick Home Workouts is a favorite of mine.

So myself. The audiobook has variety for sure. Music is decent but not my type. The narrator is the best thing about this.

My Legs are getting bigger

I can feel the power in my legs after each workout. In a few weeks I've noticed great results. I've also lost some weight which is a plus. The workouts target legs but some of it is also a cardio workout. You'll be breathing heavy after each one.

One of the best in my lifestyle collection

I'm always getting health and fitness audiobooks to broaden my knowledge of the subject and to also apply what I learn. This audio was a great collection. Sometimes I don't feel like driving to the gym so I just put on headphones and do these workouts. Works pretty well. Very useful.

Good results for legs

I do these exercises at least twice a week and after a couple weeks I’m seeing great results. The exercises target all areas of your legs. You feel the burn after each session for sure. Recommend!

Every morning

Quick Home Workouts is officially my daily morning ritual. I reached out to the author to ask a couple of questions and she was very nice and professional about it. I highly recommend to use this audiobook if you’re looking to add a quick workout session into your day or week.

Bubble Butt

I got this audio book because I’m looking to put some more meat on my legs. So far so good. The music is very engaging and the exercises are definitely effective. My legs burn after each session.
