Sleep is a wonderful thing

I absolutely love this meditation for sleeping. I fall asleep faster and sleep better. The loud this is audible is now at the first thing instead of the end like so many others were complaining about. I highly recommend it for everyone. LOVE IT!!!!

Life changer

When a person lacks sleep, the tendency is to feel sleepy. I think that's the best guide forever. Overall great!

This thing is awesome. If you slow the voice down by a little bit it makes it even better. I was sleeping before the end of the first day.

love it afterwork or bed time

Super relaxing and makes you aware of your mind, body and breathing. I find it really good to listen it in the subway after work or before bed. it helps to chill and disconnect from the day.
