has not affected my procrastination

Works as an aid to falling asleep but have not experienced any other changes or benefits. Not worth buying when there are apps with free sleep stories

Another great sleep learning program

Just like the Natural weight loss book this one helps you jump out of bed in the morning and get things done. Being overwhelmed by juggling many things at once that I started to shut done. Procrastination always been an issue but after a few weeks of listening to this I really believe it helped me get going again. At times I fall asleep within 5 minutes especially since I mastered the abdominal breathing. Which also helps with pain.

wow the best sleep and woke up in the morning earlier than usual and actually awake going to give it another go tonight
