Great Starting Place

This is a great segue-way from calamity into inner peace. Especially great for someone just beginning to meditate or who is making a break through in the first step to change. Kudos to Light!

Eye opener if you are new to spirituality

I love Light Watkins. This is more useful for someone starting off on the spiritual path. Not for those who are already doing meditation and gratitude journals on a daily basis. That's just my opinion though.
