Listen…it will change your life…the tools WORK!!!

For the past 3 years I have had extreme anxiety!! Nothing could stop it- Multiple different Medications , multiple therapy sessions none took away this aching pain in center of my chest. I would literally wake up in the morning open my eyes and feel the anxiety instantly!! Even at times I had nothing I had been worried about, but it still remained!! The SAME day I read the books, The pain in my chest GONE…two weeks later GONE!!! I have not taken one anxiety pill since-no depression meds!!! Just a light feeling within. Hearing his words are so real to me…I never knew why I felt I was different from my family and other people throughout my life. Why my outlook on life and its tribulations were so different from the people around me, even those who raised me. Practical advice to attain self-mastery

I have read many books about shutting down that critical inner voice. But this is the first book that talks about all the different ways that you self sabotage and most importantly offers easy, practical actions that you can take to stop it permanently. Everything is explained in easy language with a lot of analogies which is his style, which makes it very accessible. It emphasises that it's not complicated even though it's not easy. But if you take the actions, they really work.

I have also listened to Supercharged Self-Healing and is on benefits enormously from being narrated by the author. His voice adds an extra element.

I have had the luck to attend one of his courses and can say I've never met such a generous and loving soul. Truly a master.

I highly recommend this book. One of the few that actually is simple to understand, with real, practical teachings.

Getting Called Out; left, right and sideways.

A LOT of the things that we are to shed (ie Habits of the False Self) are just still part of my reality, so for me this is both new and good to know. Gotta say, I'm learning a lot. Love the "how to Deprogram the Subconscious mind" chapter. I love the "magic tricks" to be neutral, they work. Who knew thinking was so problematic. Anyway, glad to delve into this new material, looking forward to meeting who I actually am. Hoping the exercises will prove to be a way to do just that.
