I met the author retreat a few years ago, and he encouraged me on my health journey to focus on myself. He told me for the next 12 months to solely focus on myself, and have every decision based on me. Only then can I really understand and find true love I read this book going into this and knowing this.
I feel the author, connect deeply with its readers/listeners like myself. He makes me want to connect with myself on a deeper level. He has made me a better father after reading this book, and I focus on deeper connections and deeper value within my family and within myself. I feel this is made me a better person.

I highly recommend this book, and for anyone looking for a little bit of help on connecting with their self, I recommend this book.
