This book contains many insights and some new information. I went so far as to order some of the related products. She sounded okay when I saw her on PBS but the author's voice became increasingly annoying as I listened. I couldn't finish it. A different narrator would have made all the difference.

I was going to try to listen and finish but I just couldn't! Clue..a diet bokk is quite simply what I should or should not eat and why..that's it..if I wanted a course in nutrition I would taken a college course..save your money and time..go to weight watchers!
