I love sugar, and after listening to this audio a few times it's been easier to say no to it. I've been choosing healthier options with more ease, which is unusual for me. I'm loving the shift in mentality.

helps out a lot for me

It's been helping me stop reaching for those cookies my kids like to eat. I like that I'm not thinking as much about snacking, and when I do I want something healthy. Maybe just making the investment in this audio has made me more aware of my own actions and my desire to want better for myself. Whatever the reason, I love the reduction in sugar intake.

has been so helpful for me

I'm so glad I found this. I've been having sweet tooth cravings every single month, and it just gets out of control sometimes when I don't pay attention to the amount of sugar in my diet. Becoming more aware of my sugar intake and realizing that I don't actually need it has been such a great revelation.
