This Really Helps and you’ll notice changes & results quickly

There’s some truth, ladies, when we hit 40, you start getting curvier. At first, I was happy about it because I’ve been so thin all of my life. But then my extra ounces and pounds made me realize I was headed for a new wardrobe, so I picked up a couple audiobook to ‘curb my cravings’. Whereas I used to be able to eat ‘whatever’ and it never mattered, it suddenly did!

The narrators for Mindfulness are usually professional and she is wonderful and soothing. I did have to slow it to .75 for the second book/section because when I was concentrating on my breathing and repeating the affirmations, she would start repeating the phrase (total of 3 times for each affirmation) again and I wasn’t ready.

By the 4th consecutive night, I was relaxing faster and feeling better about myself. I was noticing my clothes were fitting better by the end of the first week. My selection of snacks were subtly altering.
After four weeks, it was a very noticeable difference in my size and figure.

I highly recommend this audiobook! Totally worth your credit or money.

This was a very good audiobook for meditation before/during bedtime. Good health/fitness/weight loss affirmations.

Good

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This set of affirmations were good and they helped me increase my awareness of my breathing as a tool to take my mind off of eating. The narrator was soothing.

Great positive affirmations!

I have been listening to this hypnosis bundle as I doze off and while I sleep not for a few weeks now! The narrators voice is very soothing and I fall asleep faster than usual. I have been on a diet for a few weeks and I feel like this is helping me with the cravings and motivating me to exercise more often. So far, I have lost 8 pounds and I don't intend on quitting any time soon!!

I recommend this bundle

I really enjoyed this audiobook bundle. This is one that I will listen to again and again.
The narrator's voice was very calm and it was very easy to listen to and understand.
I found that the affirmations really stick with you later on and provide helpful encouragement.
