Never thought weight loss is a mind game. Tried so many things, but never came across awesome tips like this. Tips on craving control, side effect, etc. can not be found elsewhere.

A useful book.

If you can get rid of bad eating habits, no need to lose weight. Like the weight loss book very much. Workout book contains affirmations with nice electro music. A useful book.
