Great Book includes several meditaions

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. This is an excellent book. It is psycho ed about neuroplasticity AND includes meditations in each chapter to practice actual neuro sculpting.

What did you like best about this story?

The background information on each topic supplemented y experiential application thru meditation.

Which character – as performed by Lisa Wimberger – was your favorite?

I liked Lisa's voice and the lead in to each meditation. She invites you to make your own story, accept or reject anything that doesn't suit you etc. Well done.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

As a hypnotherapist, I am impressed with the meditations, and the lead in to them.

I listen and relisten to this. Also recommend it to my counseling grad students.

For anyone who has past trauma they are working through or even if you want to create new daily habits, this book is for you!!

Not for me

This is not the type of book I was looking for.
The title is very interesting and I was curious to read about that.
I realized I made a mistake when I am listening half-way.
However, some people may find it useful.

I loved the meditation

I loved the meditation although it put me to sleep the pauses in the meditation and her calm voice was just wonderful

Putting it together

Such a nice program. I've read all of Wimberger publications to date. I love the way she puts it together into actionable steps. I have the science including the nutrition, the formal education, and several of the modality trainings, She's not saying anything new, but she's put the steps together in a lovely practical way that makes it meaningful.

awesome info

smart and fresh thoughts and a lot of new info for myself,great ideas and methods on habits and humanity and we can overcome things previously to have been believed to be unchangeable.

Relaxing listen

I like to listen to the meditations repetitively to go to sleep. Transforming your thoughts works if you believe it will.
