I purchased this audio almost a year ago (a few months after purchasing the first series) and I still listen to both of them from time to time to keep myself grounded and focused. Carolyn Myss is very in tune with the spiritual world. She offers a wealth of information as a companion to any spiritual journey. Energy Anatomy series is a MUST HAVE for all.
