Publisher's Summary

Surveys and reports from across America indicate that 20 million couples have stopped being sexually intimate. But isn't a lower libido inevitable with age? Not necessarily, contend hormone experts Genie James and Dr. C. W. Randolph. They unveil the real sex-life saboteur to be the shift in hormone production that begins for women in their 30s and men in their 40s.

Stress, lack of sleep, wrong food choices, weight gain, and a sedentary lifestyle can all compound an underlying hormone imbalance. The result for most adults: sex drive, performance, and pleasure are compromised at a cellular level.

In the Mood Again offers a medically proven solution to safely and naturally restore optimum hormone balance and turn back your sexual clock, no matter what your age. Even better, most people will find the cure in their grocery store, not a doctor's office. In three simple steps, listeners will learn how to combine over-the-counter natural (or bio-identical) hormones, specific foods, nutritional supplements, and easy lifestyle choices to restore your sizzle between the sheets. The side effects of this no-drug, natural sexual enhancement plan: a trimmer body, more positive moods, improved self-esteem, better health, extended longevity, and closer relationships.

very detailed

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

fairly natural means of dealing with a big problem that can take away your life as you know it. very detailed and sometimes overwhelming even for a RN as myself. But if you pause it a lot and take notes, your good. I like the fact that it allows you to try it yourself if you do not have the money to shell out for a non-insurance paying office visit in most cases. I did not expect a women's voice, nor a voice that sounded older, so it took me a little time to get used to it. over all, thank you very much for sharing this important information that would otherwise not be told by most MD's.
