Honestly Changed My Life

I am a woman who was recently diagnosed after 11 years of begging doctors to take me seriously. I am not personally trying to get pregnant, but heal my body that has been afflicted with PCOS. This book has given me hope for fertility in the future, and all the information, studies, and guidance to finally understand my body and take charge of my health. So grateful I found this book.

Update*** I am now a year into my journey since listening to this book. I am writing this update with my two month old daughter sitting beside me.
