Was skeptical when I got the book but the more I read the more interesting it got. I definitely recommend all men to read this book and must follow the action plan.

Overall though, very awesome cookbook, and what's so great about it is that it's all based on the science of hormonal health, and the recipes support hormonal functioning and testosterone (especially if you're a guy). Can't wait to make more of these recipes!

I'm 41 and am doing it all wrong.
have been single all my life so the sex isn't there. Doesn't help me.
Keep the boys cold. I work outside all day long in the heat which does not help
Eat more carbs. I am pre diabetic so I am avoiding that.

In one place they say stay away from omega fatty acids and then in another place they say you need omega fatty acids. They also have some editorial issues to work out. Somethings are repeated multiple times.

This audiobook opened my eyes to something that I personally had reservations about. Totally shifted my perspective in more ways than one. This audiobook is filled with so much important information even if you don’t need therapy at the moment you will know what to do and what to watch out for and how to go about doing it in a clear and informed way
