One of the most informative books.

The book starts out telling you all about testosterone and what it is responsible for; how its produced in your body. Then it proceeds to tell you what to look for if you are male or in your partner that could signify low testosterone. Such as: Depression, Low Libido, Low energy levels/fatigue.

This is the very best audiobook if you are looking to boost your Testosterone. I just bought this audiobook and was 100% blown away by the content. I have tried so many different techniques to boost my Testosterone and this audiobook gave me 5 different techniques I never even thought of. This is a listen for all men to basically understand how they function from hormones to a health level! If you already know about this subject you’ll still learn due to there is so much information to take in.

I listen this audiobook and enjoyed it.

I listen to this audiobook and enjoyed it thoroughly some of the things mentioned in this audiobook I have to listen to before such as staying away from sugar other processed foods. I do like the shopping list of foods that help create more of its own natural testosterone and started doing the exercises which have created some positive results.

Great introductory into how testosterone works.

Overall this was a quick read with straight to the point chapters. It did not go to in depth and never claimed it would - but it’s good enough to get the average person to understand how it works. Would recommend it to anyone interested in the subject as an introductory tome.
