Poor word choice

This book contains a nice introductory information about suspected connection between food and ADHD-like symptoms. The language used was hard for me to follow. I thought I was back in the Victorian era or with old ladies playing bingo.

Information seems outdated

The perspective of ADHD as well as son of the information seems outdated and the book drones on about all the negative aspects of ADHD for half the book. I am in no position to validate pro or con this information, though from my other research it seems to miss the mark.

terribly written book

this is absolutely the most terribly written book I have ever listened to. grammar is horrible and there are all kinds of weird and awkward and inappropriate phrasings. don't waste your time or money on this title.

Horrible

This is the most poorly written book I have ever experienced in my life. I’m actually going to contact Audible and ask for my money back.

Not engaging, outdated, rehash

Unfortunately, it was not worth my Audible credit. The information seems outdated, and the narrator's voice and cadence are not well suited for those with ADHD, even with changing playback speed. The dietary content was light, and curiously, the "ADHD In Review" portion of the book comprises the entire first half of this book titled "ADHD Diet." I did not come away from the book with any new actionable information, and getting through it was torturous.

Nothing new here, terrible prose

It took multiple chapters to even start discussing diet and the information was nothing new. In fact, pretty outdated. The word choices sentence structure. Overall pros was very poor almost sounded like a bad English translation. Was a waste of time for me.
