They need a plan, so they look to Mystic Bayou, a tiny town hidden in the swamp where humans and supernatural residents have been living in harmony for generations.

From Ilona Andrews, New York Times best-selling author, the thrilling conclusion to her Hidden Legacy series, as Nevada and Rogan grapple with a power beyond even their imagination.
Nevada Baylor can't decide which is more frustrating - harnessing her truthseeker abilities or dealing with Connor "Mad" Rogan and their evolving relationship. Yes, the billionaire Prime is helping her navigate the complex magical world in which she's become a crucial player - and sometimes a pawn - but she also has to deal with his ex-fiancée, whose husband has disappeared and whose damsel-in-distress act is wearing very, very thin.
Rogan faces his own challenges, too, as Nevada's magical rank has made her a desirable match for other Primes. Controlling his immense powers is child's play next to controlling his conflicting emotions. And now he and Nevada are confronted by a new threat within her own family. Can they face this together? Or is their world about to go up in smoke?
Look, these guys know what they are doing and are the best at what they do. I love a good story. I sincerely hope that they either are contracted for more books or self publish. One should never throw away a good adventure. I have a feeling that Nevada and Rogen have more clever stories to tell and I am deeply saddened if I cannot tag along with them.

"HOT DAMN! ITS HERE. ITS HOT. ITS SMOLDERING. ITS ACTION FILLED. ITS MAGIC DRENCHED. ITS PAST FACING. ITS TIME FOR THE TRUTH. I got all I anticipated and then some. Wildfire brought just that wildfire. There was an intensity to this read that made it stand out and feel a bit different from the other two. This time around the past of both Nevada and Connor come front and center. One with a past unknown. The other with a past that could change the future. All comes to a thrilling ride with its ups, downs, twist and turns. Action, adventure and magic everywhere.
The Baylor’s have arrived and that show that clearly with not one, not two, not even three but four of their clan taking front and center to make the Baylor clan a house to be reckoned with. Nevada shows her stuff and even shows up a few. She can make a grown man cry a few tears. I just have a sneaky suspicion that grandma will not give up so easily. Though what they went through was not easy by any means.
Ilona Andrews has delivered a knock out series with a serious one-two punch. The Hidden Legacy series was fun, entertaining, action filled, adventure fueled, and magic enchanted.

As far as conclusions go... this was an epic and perfect end to Nevada and Rogan. I loved every single moment of this listen and can't wait to listed to this trilogy all over again.
I didn't know how the conspiracy was going to be uncovered but I must say how everything unraveled was perfect....oh.... the tricky authors did not uncover who Cesar was but it's in the ending and to hide Cesar in plain sight had me screaming NOOOO! I definitely didn't see that coming.
There is so much that I loved about this book but if I have to pick my best parts; I would say uncovering Arabella's magic was memorable. Next, when Nevada and Rogan went all prime on each other in order to claim each other. When Leon declared what he intended to do with his magic was hilarious! I can keep going on and on and on....
My recommendation...Get this series... worth each credit spent I promise!!

One of my favorite authors, I devour everything that is written and this book is just as delicious as the Kate Daniels and Sweep series. I love the family in this book, they really are the backbone to all the fun going on. There is lots of actions, enough intrigue to keep you guessing and a nice romance. Can wait for more to come out. Ilona Andrews is an instant download for me. Love the narrator, she manages to make the characters come to life.

Ilona Andrews does it again and as always leaves you wanting more. Great action, great world-building but most of all characters you genuinely like and easily become invested in. I can't wait for the next installment of this series!
Nevada Baylor is the strong-minded investigative detective of Baylor Investigations, and the oldest daughter of the Baylor household. As head of the agency, she investigates the disappearance of Rogan's former fiancé. As the story unfolds, she is pitted against her paternal grandmother, creatures pulled from Somewhere, and conniving, back-stabbing Primes. Fast paced plot work, believable characters who prove that super powers don't solve everything, and steamy sex scenes with the Scourge of Mexico combine to make a book that has a little something for everyone -- including those who have pets and gardens. A nice wrap for the trilogy, but also an open-ended set up for possible sequels.
I love the way it takes off and just keeps rolling. I hope it is a long series. I love it.
The story was Awesome, I loved the narrator, and I loved all of the characters.
Would you consider the audio edition of Wildfire to be better than the print version?
haven't read the print version
Who was your favorite character and why?

Which character – as performed by Renee Raudman – was your favorite?
couldn't pick just one, all are great
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
yes
Any additional comments?
love this series. highly recommend
Each book is better than the previous book. The characters continue to grow, develop and do interesting things. I can't wait for the next book.
I haven't read a book by IA that I didn't love. Their books are packed with action, romance and kickass characters. Wildfire is just amazing.
The Narrator is the best. She is. Every character has a voice and a manner of speaking and she acts the scenes. She is a prime! lol.
After a long wait the 2nd and 3rd book came out very quickly. both were worth the wait. A fantastic series which does not disappoint in any way. I do hope there is another book in the series as I feel there is so much more that could happen in the world of the Baylor's.
I have really enjoyed this trilogy and felt it has a nice balance of fantasy in a real world situation. The narration is great throughout the series.
However, in this book particularly I felt that there was'nt enough Rogan! The two main characters spent much of the story apart and their chemistry is one of the best things in this series.
I also hope that there will be more to come in this series - even though this was described as the conclusion - as there were so many interesting characters introduced in this book and certain characters just started to discover their potential. There is also still huge potential for the plot to continue. So please write more Ilona!
This series is brilliant and captivating and I will definitely be listening to it again. I just hope this isn't the last we hear of Nevada and Connor.
Read/listen to the other books in the series first for best understanding as there are layers of plot upon layers. But the authors have a deft way of making it all make total sense within the world they built, and the well developed characters interact in completely believable ways. It's pacy and exciting, and the gentle humour stops it all from getting too dark. Total entertainment. Although there is a satisfactory endung to fhis book, the door is left nopen for another episode and I can only join other fans in begging fir more! Renee Raudman's superb performance only enhances the experience with perfect timing and characterization. Buy the audio version, it's so good!
Hope the series is not over... I love these books, just superb and the narration is excellent!
Love all the series, this one did not disappoint. I hope there will be more.
wow did she dilver or what. gosh that was awesome.i so want tho know who is the bad one. i cannit wait for the next on in this series. Thank you for such a great read
i hope thete is another book I want to know what the kids turn out to be
Te story line, as always, was epic!
The performance not so much, he voices were ok but the rest was almost unbearable to listen too. She put suspense into the wrong sections, held back on drama in others
