Not important to the over all series

Story was ok but it really has nothing to do with the over all series. If you don't listen to it your not missing anything

Excellent AFTER hearing Skinwalker

I was intrigued, but confused after hearing this short story. After listening to "Skinwalker" I understood and thoroughly enjoyed meeting Wesa during my second listen to this charming tale.

WeSa's Backstory

WeSa's Backstory provides an interesting background to a main character in Jane YellowRock's colorful character.

Short and sweet

Any additional comments?

This is a fun short story, but be aware that it is an extract from one of the other books, not a new story.
Also be aware that while some of these 'shorts' are an hour or more long, others are rather less than that.
Very enjoyable listen anyway!

Animal's POV!

great narration! This is really cool story from the animal's point of view. I would have like there to have been more background, or just more story.

It is free and NOT worth your time.

WTF was that.

Awful. Truly awful. Not worth the effort to push button to download.

This publication should have a warning: “WARNING: This Truly Sucks. Nine minutes you could be using to clip toenails ... or anything ... anything! else. “

WeSa and the Lumber King
A Jane Yellowrock Story
By: Faith Hunter
Narrated by: Khristine Hvam
The story is of Indian vs white man and the different ways they believed in caring for the land. There is more in here also!
Narration good!

too short, 10 minutes

I was expecting a full length story, at least 5 hours of reading time.
This story is barely a chapter in length.
I was impressed with the quality and performance of story. It was well written, it grabbed my attention and said listen to me!
