Amazing insight

This audiobook is so insightful and hit the nail on the head of what I've been searching for to live a satisfied life based off of personal development and progression while emphasizing living in the moment. A really resourceful tool that everyone can benefit from for an enhanced and meaningful life.

more about benefits of goals than mental toughness

Nothing actionable, basically says to do things like set goals and get plenty of sleep, so you can be mentally tough because those are the traits he's observed. At least it was a short waste of time!

Best audiobook i have ever had the chance to liste
