Too hard to follow the plan without a PDF

I liked the books but can't deal without a PDF - don't know why they didn't include one for the meal plans and recipes. Almost laughable listening to the narrator blather on with the 2 options of 3 week meal plans. Useless without seeing it. And yes I know how to get to my PDF's - this series did not offer it.

great for keto beginners. not much info on fasting

this is mostly about keto and if you already know the basics of that you probably don't need this. also not much info on fasting.

Narrator

I don’t mean to be mean, but the narrator is driving me nuts! Please I don’t know if I can get past it. I’m trying, I figured the information would be worth tolerating it but she is vey robotics and singsongy in attempting to be an interesting narrator. I think I’m returning this book because of it! I think the content is fine but I can’t handle it long enough to see.

This book is the last book you’ll ever need for weight control. It is an easy read that explains in an easy to understand way. This is a good and very straight forward overview of intermittent fasting which is a wonderful way of eating. Thanks.

Very motivated by this book!

I have never been so excited to start a weight loss journey! This book provides fantastic info in IF. I am excited to make this a part of my lifestyle choices and give up dieting forever. I found the info very good, and am planning to try this, starting tomorrow!

This book is life changing!

This new way of eating makes sense and seems to be relatively easy to stick to. This book was a very quick read, packed with a lot of information. Highly recommended if other diet strategies have let you down. Not a diet, a new lifestyle

Grateful!!

I never used to think about the effectiveness of the Keto diet but this book definitely gives some good insight. My friends always told me about intermittent fasting so learning more about it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who is looking for a quick way to lose weight and keep it off.

I am satisfied with this purchase.

Great presentation of both the KetoDiet and Intermitent Fasting concepts explaining key characteristics of each dietary approaches Both general descriptions and scientific evidence are included as well as physiological changes that occur within the body. Intermittent fasting and the KetoDiet are discussed with the focus upon lifestyle changes and personal choices or adaptive behaviors that result in positive outcomes. I would recommend to anyone who wants to know about the KetoDiet.

Great guide for beginners.

This book is a terrific guide for those wanting to learn more about the subject. And it can be the start of a new journey that awaits everybody. The author is clearly very knowledgeable about this subject as it was able to explain these 2 diets to me in a manner that is very beginner-friendly. And as Albert Einstein said, simple is genius!

Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.

A ton of books have been written about IF & keto. I’ve not seen one like this before though. It dives into the meat and potatoes right away and it doesn’t waste your time with fluff and nonsense!

It totally works.

Well done! Brilliant audiobook.

Done some listening on this topic before, but the books I got lost me as I went through them. This one I am pleased to say didn’t! I am more of a actions person, so I really like it when the book offers step by step instructions and day by day plans to get me going on the keto diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Happy!
