i couldnt get through it

We all have our things and apparently mine is this woman's voice. I just couldn't listen to the book. In addition, she struggled with the words and had pauses at odd times. I tried but in the end I couldn't finish what I am sure is great information about fasting.

Back to the basics

Thoroughly explained and verified a novel and effective method for healthy weight control. I never thought a fast was something I could survive, but after reading this I can see myself not "surviving" it but thriving at it and healing my body and my mind in the process. I started my first fast last night at 8 pm and I'm doing great so far. Will be sharing this book with EVERYONE I know.

I am new to the benefits of fasting. I liked the author made solid, fact based arguments for fasting including health benefits. It comes across as well researched, not crazy. Will definitely give it a try!

Good advice

Great book for intermittent fasting for weight loss if you can implement it into your lifestyle. The author recommends fasting for 1 or 2 times per week for a full 24 hours each time but I'm doing every other day fasting to try to cut weight/fat faster.

A most excellent book

Interesting take on calorie reduction. I’m figuring out how to fit this in to my plans. I think it will work.

Lifechanging way of thinking about food

This book has changed my life and how I think about food. Learning to eat when hungry not when bored was instrumental in me losing 45 pounds and keeping it off. Knowing it's ok to put aside society's norms and focus on me was a big game changer. I'll be forever grateful that I found Brad and the Eat Stop Eat way of losing and maintaining my weight.

Back to the basics. Sometimes you just have to get back to the basics that work and have proven to work for hundreds of years. Very happy to be reminded and it’s working. When people say what’s your secret I kind of laugh and say well “eat less” and move a little more.

This, I can do!
