Excellent guide.

Great book of instructions. My doctor has just recommended this way of eating and this book surely supports me and tells me how to achieve it. This is good audio for someone who is learning about intermittent fasting and why it is important to lose weight in muscle growth and, in general, for overall health.

Super useful explanations.

The explanations are super useful. The part that made me question things is the advice to eat something small if you get hungry at the end of your fast. For me, it seems that it would break the fast. Highly recommended

Wonderful book, well written, funny, easy to read and will change your life, if you choose to switch to this life style. I highly recommend becoming a member of the delay don’t deny Facebook group. Try out Intermittent Fasting.

I love the simple easy recipes. I have tried out a few of them with good results. Can’t wait to try out the rest. I have been intermittent fasting for two and a half weeks and have lost 6 lbs. Will update in 1 months time but so far I’m very pleased.

Great Book

This audio book has been the best tool ever for me on this change of lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through it's really hard to go against the grain of what I've been taught. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I've always known sugar was the devil but now, with all the facts, I know I'm not going to play with the devil anymore.

Creo que es un libro de audio útil.

Excelente libro Yo había comenzado la dieta cetogénica hace siete semanas. A medida que avanzaba con la dieta el hambre comenzó a desaparecer. Comencé a comer cada vez menos hasta que comía una comida al día y no estaba realmente hambrienta.
