Absolutely the best.

Absolutely the best, and easiest plan to change your way of eating and get healthy. It's spelled out for you, including your shopping list. I've had amazing results with this plan and feel better than I have in a long time.

Remarkable.

Great plan and recipes.

The recipes are some of the most delicious foods I've had and the layout makes it very easy to shop and prepare for each week. I also love how all the nutrition information is clearly listed next to each meal plan. I started losing weight within the first week

This book has changed my life.

This book has changed my life. I have been trying Ketogenic diets for several years, but still had trouble with weight loss and health issues, and could not get the weight off. This book taught me how to eat nutritionally, while enjoying the food.

Good discuss about dieting.

I found it to be enlightening and well thought out on health in general and specific ailments. A new ketogenic follower would be able to use this book to begin their journey into changing their way of eating and healing illnesses.

Well improve.

The recipes are delicious! Some I didn't think I would like but was pleasantly surprised and so glad I gave them a try. I lost 20 pounds the first 30 days and am just starting my 2nd cycle. My energy is up and my sleep is improved. Don't feel you have to adopt the entire lifestyle in one day. Start with the weekly eating plan and keep improving.

Valuable recipes.

This book is such an invaluable guide to going keto, with all the basic information upfront detailing the benefits of making this shift. The recipes are to die for, and the weekly meal plans and shopping lists make prepping so much more doable.

Health benefits.

So much info on living a low carb lifestyle and the health benefits. Its not only about food its about living a clean life from chemicals like in mouthwash . So easy to make your own without all the bad stuff in it. It will save you money and you will feel your best.

Wonderful book.

This book is just what you need to get started all the recipes are so good that even if your spouse doesn't want to jump on board they will equally enjoy the food. The step by step meal guides and shopping lists make it easy to find what you need for the week.

Nice overview.

It's really, really important to follow the guidelines. Make sure you listen the introduction before you start so you understand why you are doing what you are doing.

Enjoy this book.

Fantastic book.

The book is full of information to explain the hows and whys about this Keto diet and cleanse. It has helpful menu plans to tell you exactly what to eat , recipes of exactly how to make them, and extra recipes to mix and match and make your own menu.

I enjoyed listening .

The book is very informative, the recipes are great. I love the way I feel when I follow this way of eating. I have some of their other books and refer to and use the recipes often. The authors are also very helpful selfless folks and offer much free information.
