Love what this has done for me

Such a great way to start the day! I’ve been in a better mood and been even more productive since I started listening to this audiobook. I am losing weight and more confident than ever! Sometimes, weight loss is a mind set. For me it absolutely was! This audiobook has really helped.

SOO GOOD!

As someone struggling with weight loss this helped me so much!
It subconsciously changed my relationship with food. I naturally make healthier food choices!
It made me be more gentle and loving towards myself! Which I believe is the key to health.
This stuff works!
Also fantastic narration! I love listening when falling asleep or at work

Really good

As someone who is having trouble losing weight, this was quite helpful! It altered my connection with food inadvertently. Naturally, I choose healthier foods! It helped me to treat myself with greater kindness and love. This, in my opinion, is essential for wellness.
