The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Just as a single sick person can start an epidemic of the flu, so too can a small but precisely targeted push cause a fashion trend, the popularity of a new product, or a drop in the crime rate. This widely acclaimed bestseller, in which Malcolm Gladwell explores and brilliantly illuminates the tipping point phenomenon, is already changing the way people throughout the world think about selling products and disseminating ideas.

It’s not just you. Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious.

Explode your Creativity
Even though I am pretty creative, this book on creativity showed me a thing or two! I heard creative boosters I had not imagined yet, fresh ways to spark new ideas, ways to get out of a creative slump, and even what smells to use to help the process along. This ebook is worth frequent re-listening, to glean fresh strategies and motivation. It has helped bust open my own creativity.

Tap into your creative side.
I thought this was a very interesting book on how to unlock your creative genius. Another very well written and informative book by Ace.
As you get older it seems like your creativeness diminishes a little. At least that is the case for me. I find myself feeling boredom sometimes and wish I had that creative spark and ideas I had when I was a child. With this book Ace shows you how you can harness your inner creativeness. Being creative has it's benefits as it can improve your personal and career life. I loved the exercises in this book that help you promote and increase your creativity. There are also some really great quotes to live by offered also.
The narrator does an excellent job reading and keeps you wanting to know more!

If you are looking for some great ideas for boosting your brain power and creativity then this is a must listen to. I was very impressed with all the different ways to boost creativity and get into the flow state. The supplements listed where helpful along with the mental as well as physical techniques. The creativity habits was my favorite, such as channeling out negativity and trying not to be a perfectionist. The creative quotes where a nice touch as well. Definitely recommended.
