This is the story about a fictitious donut factory where all they do is make donuts. The production manager, a curious fellow with an even curious-er name - Mr. Sales Manager, is in charge of collecting the donuts and taking them to his regional manager, who then passes them on to the factory owner.
One day Sales Manager's boss came to him with a direct order - "Sales...you have to make more donuts!" In fact they wanted Sales to make twice as many donuts, without adding staff or any other support. (Sound familiar?)

Love this audiobook. Really has insights on how to improve sales in the most simple and powerful way possible. By using a donut factory example; the book conveys with absolute clarity how to manage your sales for any business large or small. Refreshingly brief and to the point. Narration is actually extremely powerful by the author himself Greg Bennett. Kudos for the fine 10 key takeaways . I will remember and apply immediately.
I was a little reluctant to purchase this audio book because there were no reviews or ratings at the time.... but boy, am I ever glad I did.

and I like that it's short so you can listen, and re-listen to it (which I intend to do) in one sitting.
