This is a great listen to help understand and visualize how to implement EOS. I relisten occasionally and reference some parts when I want to reinforce or improve an aspect of the EOS method we've implemented.

Great Follow-up to the book Traction

I listened to this book on audible after listening to and reading Traction. This one really brought it home for me and allowed me to understand the concepts much better. The EOS/Traction is One of the most simple yet both actionable and powerful business tools to help you improve your company. I highly recommend!
