Book for all ages and Relevant through Time

Great book. Even though it was written decades ago, the principles are very relevant today. An entire type of leadership process uses these principles, as many do. Relational Leadership uses the principle that people are more important than just completing a task(Transactional leadership). I could read this book over and over again and I guarantee I will learn something new about how I lead and about other people each time. Highly recommend this read/listen.

Great book! Everyone should hear it.

Loved it! I think if more people apply these principles just in daily life, things could get better for everyone. I plan to try these things at work.

    1st Listening

I was apprehensive to begging listening to this audio book, I’ve had quite a few people recommended it. I purchased it but waited a while before deciding to listen. I had assumed it was a old, dated information and could not fathom how it could relate to modern times. I’m so glad I went against my feelings. Great, timely observations of simple, actual steps I can put in place. I am eager to listen to it several more times.

    Dated, or “Timeless”

The format and feel of this book are dated, of that there’s no doubt. But what you do find when you read this book, is the fact that people skills are still “at a premium”, maybe even more so today.

Business or personal life, there are plenty of applications here. And honestly, once you know how to handle people, life does get easier and often times it gets a lot more profitable.
