Should be mandatory for Sales and Management ppl
For some people some of the content may seem natural or obvious but most people (managers?) definitely would benefit of learning this stuff.
Would be even more interesting with updated examples as this is a rather old book; same "logic" or knowledge but with a 2022 approach. I'd re buy it.

This Book Needs to be In Schools, Ignore the Title
This book when taken seriously has the power to change lives, and on a large enough scale, the world. This book teaches the skill of being a good person in social situations in a way that is positive to both you and the other parties. The title seems manipulative or almost "motivational!" But I can guarantee you it has so much more to offer than the title of this book would imply.
This book has personally helped me improve every aspect of my life through helping me communicate with others more effectively. That means: being assertive in a polite way, conceding when I need to in a polite way, being more genuine with others, learning how to be more reasonable with advice and making sure it doesn't come out as criticism, the power of authentic compliments, and in a very broad stroke, being more charismatic in general.
I would highly recommend this book to everyone, I wish that we read this book in school as it would help so many people, even the most charismatic person in the world will learn something from this book.

Very helpful
I read this in 2010, and just recently listened to it. If you haven't read it in a long time, I'd recommend reading it again. it has many helpful tips and reminders on how to treat and deal with people.
