Fantastic Guide for Dementia Caregivers

Living with Dementia is a horrible thing to have to endure. It can be equally tough emotionally for family members that take on the role of a caregiver for their loved one. Thankfully, there are great audiobooks out there like this one that try to make it just a little bit easier. This audiobook provides you with the tools necessary to focus on your well-being while providing exceptional care for your loved one. While I thought the entire book was amazing, there was one chapter that I really thought stood out to me and that was chapter 4. In Chapter 4, I learned so much just about what goes into the day to day of being a caregiver which invaluable when it comes to knowing what is to be expected of you. I highly recommend this wonderful book!
