The book brings up famous leadership figures to observe their success and their verbal and written communication skills. A full chapter investing in written communication skills was what I loved the most, as I truly need this understanding on my job.

The author clearly emphasizes the importance of empathy and improving relationships with other people. It's given step-by-step techniques and intuitive to follow, making it a great resource for both creative and business professionals, as well as for readers who are new to the subject. Very interesting and rich book.

Full of great tips!

I loved this book and even though I've always thought about myself as a good communicator, there are a lot of new things I learned from this book. The biggest takeaway for me was the importance of body language. I realized how awkward I am with my body language during conversations with people I don't know well. Another important topic is listening with empathy. I'm sure it's a game-changer for many people who only listen to give their opinion as soon as they can. But compassionate listening is the key to building relationships! Overall, it's an excellent book, and the narration complements the content perfectly.

The author breaks down the subject into nine areas of mastery, which he walks through in detail how to achieve.
The book shares incredible knowledge, information, and communication skills. The real-life examples were extremely helpful, and I’m improving with this by applying some techniques in my everyday life.

Listening to the chapters several times helps me to grow, develop, and improve my communication with others. Every single individual who wants to become successful must develop those skills perfectly. When you are in business, offering products or services, you must become a good listener.

My favorite part was the body language section and also the definitions of words and what they mean in different cultures. Language is always changing; therefore, communication from one generation to the next changes, and the meanings change. This book was engaging and eye-opening. Great Read!

Great Resourceful book!

As someone that has struggled with communication because, at an early age, I was never taught the importance of communicating, how to use it, when to use it and etc. I have been searching this year for books that teach you effective communication skills not only for my own personal life but my professional life as well. & this book did not disappoint!
I loved how this book uses approach skills and tells you step by step on how to use when to use and where to use it.
I have understood the importance of communication and what benefits I can reap if I can master the skill and this book has now been one of the top books on my shelf.

For anyone that is looking to sharpen their communication skills and looking just to better them in general this is your book! 10/10 recommend!

Essential for today's world!

I loved that the title said 9 keys to communication and then there are 9 chapters... no mystery there! One of my favorite chapters was on the "Miracle of Empathy"... it really is a miracle in todays quickly shifting world. To be empathetic is a lost art that we need desperately to recover. My second favorite chapter was on Emotions. We all experience a wide range of emotions in different situations, this chapter was real about this human experience and help me analyze my emotional tendencies and gave me tools to use while communicating through difficult emotions.
