Perfect for Morning Routines
I love this! I struggle mentally with my pregnancies but this helps me get in the right mindset everyday. And it's short enough that you could listen to it every morning or evening, or whenever you are really struggling. The only thing I would change is separating chapters into different types of affirmations. Like have some for affirmations specifically about the body, or specifically about your worth as a mother, etc. But if you're just looking for something to get you into a good mindset and feel good about your pregnancy, then this is the book for you!

Surprisingly Good!
Surprise surprise! I am a guy and enjoyed this book 🤣.
Someone had recommended affirmations to a patient of mine and during the visit, she asked me my thoughts! I didn’t have one. “Make sure to ask your doctor “ even though great! Does not mean “ every darn thing “
I responded by saying “hey, I’ll listen and let you know “
I believe in affirmations . I quit smoking through the practice and have achieved so much by practicing affirmations. I would not endorse everything that says “affirmation for this or that” because the language has to be in the present and already achieved. This book is great as it affirms in the desirable, addresses difficult issues encountered in pregnancy and more.
My answer to my patient was “absolutely! I think this would make a huge difference if practiced in Ernest “ I also had to share for those having a difficult time with pregnancy, this may help. But remember. This is not medical advise.
I had a problem with the recording though. It has an annoying static. This would annoy me if I where to affirm daily with it. Hence 4star on performance. Great book overall
