Ton of useful information in this.

Where was this book for my parents?! I guess we hope to get better with each generation, and we need new tools. This book gives them to you. It's hard to break the cycle, but there's so much support here. Expertly written, but also very compassionate. Great narrator too.

Great Resource for Parents

I highly recommend this audiobook. The author provides great insight! Everyone gets overly emotional at times which may lead to yelling. There are a great many ideas within this book to help both parents and children communicate with each other.
This book highlights the stress and emotions that come with parenting, but also provides suggestions such as meditations and therapy as forms of coping with stress and how to re-direct negative feelings.

Perfect for Parents

I really enjoyed this audiobook. I found the authors ideas refreshing and insightful. She/they have done plenty research and have experience in the area. I don't consider myself to be an "angry parent" or one that yells much but everyone gets upset sometimes right?

A lot of good ideas, tips and trick to work on toward positive parenting and teaching your child how to communicate positively as well!

Meditative and Therapeutic

Parenting is perhaps one of the most transitional experiences one can have. Although, it's also one of the most stressful and challenging things in life. This book brings that issue to light, but also acts as a meditative and therapeutic session in coping with the stress that comes with parenting as well as how to channel one's negative emotions. Narration was great and the music was nice and relaxing. Recommended.
