Very deep and concentrated material!

I've been a big fan of Jordan Belfort ever since I saw the movie wolf of wall street. It demonstrated how meticulous his selling strategies were and that got me hooked so I had to buy this book. He now goes into what techniques made him and the people at his firm so successful! Personally, my favorite part of the book and what I can appreciate is how he goes more in depth than most, on teaching the "how to's" and "when's" of selling in regards to the mental and emotional state of a prospect. Its not just a book on what words to say but also a book on how to say it and when to say it and most importantly the tone of saying it. For those psychology lovers out there, like me, he also briefly goes into the NLP techniques which is rarely discussed in the selling world but its a very crucial teaching point! This book is genius!

perfect training for a psychopath

The reason I say this is because he gives perfect instruction on how to show emotion that may not come naturally to either feel, or simply show, in order to empathically guide others to and almost indefinite sell.
