Good methods.

I was looking for a book that clearly explains the why's behind high blood pressure (and alternative methods to lower it) in a way I could understand. The information in this book is clear, concise, and gets right to the point. I also enjoyed learning some new recipes that I know are heart healthy and are appetizing to me and my family.

Very good book!

Excellent insight on blood pressure, diet, and the pharma's approach. Dropped from 170's to 140's within the 4 weeks, plan to be in the low 30's within two weeks.

Good information to help you lower your blood pressure without drugs. Reduce your sodium intake and increase your potassium intake can make a several points difference!

This book is great for people who wants to take control of their Blood Pressure, it is very informative a lot of information that I was not aware of and I thought that I had good knowledge of the illness. This is one of the most thorough and well written health and wellness books on blood pressure I have listen. It is written in easy to understand language and is easy to follow. It is obvious that the author is highly educated about the subject matter. I highly recommend this book for anyone wishing to lower their blood pressure or just become more healthy.
