PRETTY GOOD!
I have never tried any affirmations techniques but enjoyed this book. I'm tying to get a jump start on my New Year's resolution. The book was very quick. The narration was good and kept you engaged. Reducing stress while loosing weight..
Using visualization to achieve your desired weight, ugh... I'm not sure how much progress I'd make with just this method alone, but when paired with exercise and diet I can see how it might work to lower my stress level. Very goog meditation
This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

This Was a Good Weight Loss Hypnosis
Rapid Weight Loss for Women was a good listen. It did put me out so I would listen to what he says at the beginning and don't do anything or drive. It was positive affirmations that I'll have to tell if over time I lose some weight from it but it was definitely good. I love meditations and hypnoses like this. They tend to have good results. I also believe that whether I lose weight or not this left me feeling good overall. I would definitely recommend giving this a chance.
The reader, Robert Anthony did an outstanding job. He spoke clearly and had a good voice for this type of audiobook. I will listen to this again probably several times and am glad to have had the chance to listen to it.

Conflicting message and negative undertones
Pace was good. Didn’t see much positivity, recommend to try a female narrator as well. Seems to focus on an idealized body type (skinny, firm, flat stomach, no fat). Would not recommend to average woman and especially not one who struggles with weight, self consciousness or self esteem, or depression.

Mind over matter

Not really positive more critical
I guess it started out OK with some positive words and redirected thinking, but quickly took a detour to critical and unlikely affirmations.. I quickly lost interest, and my mindset changed .. and not for the better.. My understanding of this hypnosis program was that this was a good, even better way to support my weight loss journey (subliminally). Firm no .. I'm disappointed but am grateful that it was my free trial book..
