It worked for me. Simply done verbal affirmations.

This was the only affirmation audiobook I could find on improving Laziness. There are many audiobooks on Motivation, but Laziness is different, like pre-motivation. The simple, understandably free, audio program worked for me! I listen in the morning to get going. I recommend 'Stop Being Lazy Affirmations' for individuals who have trouble lying in bed too long, sitting too long, or who "never" get anything done, Now I also listen at bedtime to the much more professionally done audiobook on Motivation by Subliminal Guru. The Motivation audio program does 10 minutes of audible affirmations to see what the program will say. The next 60 minutes is subliminal with various music and nature sounds segments. I highly recommend affirmations. They helped me years ago at a difficult time in my life. I have gone back to using them to enhance my now happy life. I do prefer subliminal audio downloads. too much taking about hypnosis not enough hypnosis

I wanted something I could play while I slept..this was not it. 10 mins of hypnosis sessions 40 mins of explaining how hypnosis works
