Very Helpful for falling asleep!

This is one of my favorite audibles for falling asleep. I wish it ended with a couple of chapters on the sleep affirmations! My only issue was that I would wake up and hear the author talking again-otherwise it was wonderful!

Best sleep that I have using this audiobook

I have tried a couple of audiobooks for sleep and this one is the best I have found so far. It has the perfect compilation of the readers calm voice and the music in the background to help your mind focus on one thing…sleep! I can finally lay in bed and let go of my stresses and not think of anything else but sleeping. I have also been able to fall asleep quicker and have better quality of sleep by listening to this book every night. The only thing I wish is that this was a longer track so if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night I can still have it playing and help me fall back to sleep.

Repetition is the key here, no doubt. Though the positive thinking aspect feels rather deceptive but hey, that's positive thinking is all about right?
