To much noise/music

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Bells, Dings, overly loud crashing waves.. Rudely wakes me up. They sound more like alarm clocks than soothing sounds. They need to be more subdued

Would you ever listen to anything by Joel Thielke again?

possibly with better control of sounds

wakes me up in the middle of the night with the bells and waves and it is difficult to get back to sleep, I have basically stopped listening to it, I cant get woke up nightly and have to go to work on little sleep.

Not what is advertised

What disappointed you about Exercise Motivation, Weight Loss, and Workout Success Pack - Four in One Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection?

This recording is wholly focused specifically on running - not at all what the title suggests. It also starts its first sentence of the hypnosis chapters with "And now that .." suggesting that part of the recording is missing.

Ripoff

This is all music. 1st chapter gives you some instruction on running then all other chapters are music only. Wish I could get my money back.

Backwards phrase

Where does Exercise Motivation, Weight Loss, and Workout Success Pack - Four in One Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Very good. However I have Law of Attraction, Money and Wealth from this same author and during the guided meditation he says "ready to learn what you have used". I think that is backwards and now I have trouble relaxing due to the mistake. The beginning of this recording is exactly the same so I am guessing he does a cut and paste for that portion of all his recordings. I wonder if my mind cares but I would prefer to "use what I have learned."

A Good Idea but Not Well Executed

Is there anything you would change about this book?

There may be 4 'programs' in this 'pack' but there are 11 'chapters' and no way to know which chapters do what. It's possible that Chapters 2 & 3 include an induction to running hypnosis (Chapter 2), and then 'more music' (Chapter 3); that Chapter 4 is an induction to a hypnotic training session and Chapter 5 is 'more music' and so on. But there's no way to know without listening to these hour-long tracks all of which at least BEGIN with music and some of which seem to be ONLY music.<br/><br/>I agree with another reviewer that the inductions are confusing as they begin with "now that you're in a comfortable position" and refer to relaxing "once again" suggesting that some part of the audio has been left out. In the two inductions and sessions I listened to, the induction was clearly cut-and-pasted, with only the 'specific training sections' changed.<br/><br/>Other problems with the inductions were that the 'suggestions' for a relaxing place were too controlled by the speaker who clearly had opinions on what a relaxing space might look like - none of which seemed appealing to me - why not let me create my own imaginary space?<br/><br/>The other problem with this 'pack' is that it's seems to be created for sleep, but he includes an ending sequence to wake up the listener BEFORE going on to tell you to fall asleep. <br/><br/>It's called the "Sleep Learning System" - so why wake me up in the middle??? <br/><br/>It may be that the best way to use the audio is to find the tracks that actually include inductions, try to relabel them, then train your device to stop the audio after a single track has played and hope that the speaker doesn't actually wake you up by counting down and telling you to open your eyes.

Very Relaxing

I don't know about weightloss but I have been waking up earlier from listening to these at bedtime. So, it might be training m ego wake up ealier and have more energy.

Relaxation music

This should be the new title for this tape. It did not meet my expectations all this is is a recording of relaxation music. Very very disappointed😩

poor quality recording , badly put thogether

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

The subliminal messages in this audio book a totally confused. Chapter one is a reasonable introduction and chapter 2 is a reasonable but uninspiring meditation. Chapter 3 is merely one hours worth of new age music. Chapter 4 does not get an introduction but is another meditation. Here its quite clear that the producer cut and pasted the material from Chapter 3. The initial wording of relaxation is exactly the same followed by a sudden break in the recording where the subject matter changes to be completed with another cut and paste for the second half of the meditation. The next Chapter is one hours worth of new age music and so on. This collection has been produced on the cheep and is a total waste of a credit. This is the first unreservedly negative review I have ever written. But then its probably the worst book I have ever listened too. I did not bother with the following chapters

Quality programme

This audio book was the last straw and I was willing to give it a go. I soon found myself thinking about which route to walk each day and for how long. Without a second thought I was also drinking more water and making this audio the key in living a new healthier lifestyle. It is important I listen to as much of it as I can each night. Whilst sleeping deeply my dreams continued to process events of my day and not focus on the words narrated.

Relaxation book incorrectly marketed

I thought this was a book on motivational techniques and stories. It isn't. It's a bloke telling you to lay down on a bed and relaxed followed by hours and hours of nature and other 'calming' sounds

Not worth £15.

keeps waking me up

chapter 3! this is Not music conducive to uninterrupted sleep. Very disappointed and entirely frustrated
