Enlightening

This book is a must for anyone who is new to panic attacks or anxiety disorders. It's alright to be scared, but don't be scared of being scared. This book will give you some tools to work out your issues. I couldn't afford therapy, so this was a tremendous boon. Thanks Freddie!!!

This is best anxiety book yet for me

This is a great book full of insights into the patterns of negative beliefs and reactive thinking that forms the inner structure of panic attacks and social phobias. Great guide

What made it all the more powerful is that it's written by someone who's been through it. I've struggled with anxiety for two decades and had all kinds of treatments, counseling and therapy, and yet there are things in this book I've never realized or been told, and I needed to hear them.

You’re not alone

Lots of great advice for managing anxiety. Almost a little overwhelming with the number of approaches, but the Freddie give advice on how to choose options that may be the most helpful. It is geared towards the general public reader - you don't need a background in counseling or psychology to understand it.

Confidence Builder

Helpful! Particularly the Audio Version

If you are having panic attacks, this is the book for you. The author doesn't bog you down with the history of anxiety, but cuts right to the chase. You'll learn how to cope early in the book. Best book that I've follow on the subject.I feel good again. I hope it helps you also.

Amazing! Relief in few days

I've had a type A, anxious type. This great guide book has given me relief in a few days. I am very hopeful, that I am in recovery mode. It's a serious commitment, the exercises are so different from what I've been taught, in the past. By being brave, and learning to accept and live with anxious feelings/thoughts is major.The Ultimate Beginner's Guide is simply genius. I am so thankful for the author, who wrote this! Get the book.
