Excellent Anxiety Book!!!!

The Anxiety Handbook was a great read for many reasons. It read more like a brochure than an actual book. Many might find that thought discomforting. I am here to assure that Steps of Anxiety is not your ordinary nonfiction read. Most nonfiction books I have read were textbooks, and let me tell you this is far from any book that you might come across.

Makes life less stressful every day.....@

This book had some great suggestions for dealing with anxiety. I like having a mix of stories and then key pointers for making change. There was also a lot of good analogy and rationale mixed in, which helps me remember what to do, and when to apply that advice.

Wonderful Workbook!!!!

This is a great book! Even if you don't think you don't suffer from anxiety it gives great coping skills for multiple life situations. The best was helping to get rid of the "guilt" factor. I applaud the author for making this information so understandable and relatable to so many life experiences.

Extremely helpful and convenient.

This is an honest, and insightful look at anxiety. It is written in a warm and casual style reminiscent of a conversation one would have with a friend, but don't let that fool you; it is a brave account of the author's journey and a very helpful tool for those of us also suffering from this disabling condition.

Excellent!!!

This book was recommended to me as a must-read when I first started working at my current place of employment. I loved the book so much that I ended up buying a copy for myself and indulge in re-reading it for a refresher every year or two. I would definitely recommend this book for professional growth in leadership and management.

LOVE THE AMAZING RESULTS!!!!

This is a good workbook if you have anxiety, or if you're a professional mental health worker. I am both. I am a mental health therapist who has also suffered from panic disorder. This workbook is comprehensive and simple. It's hard to find a good workbook that it both of those things. Highly recommend.

The tips in this book along with the suggestions for the proper amino acids to take for it changed my life. I feel so much better now. I give this book two very enthusiastic thumbs up.easy-to-understand steps anyone can take to turn their lives around. Trudy Scott puts everything you need to know in one place. Particularly interesting is the information on pyroluria. I have already seen amazing results in myself and relatives following her advice.

This is a must read for any parent who has a Teen suffering from anxiety. It offers a clear, meaningful plan that makes complete sense to parents. The book is is engaging and easy to read and offers many great tips and advice on how to help your child work through anxiety and eliminate triggers. It is full of easy to implement strategies the WORK.

Helpful and useful book.

A book on great advice or how to reduce anxiety. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me.It is also a workbook so it gives you activities that you can do to relieve anxiety. This is a really useful and interesting book

This is a really useful and interesting book. The possibilities of our brain are endless and we can learn to manage it. Well written about how to get rid of old habits, how to start thinking positively and what you should do for this. This is especially important if anxiety, shyness and anxiety do not give you the opportunity to live in peace. A book on great advice or how to reduce anxiety. Give this book a try! It's worth it and will help put your mind at ease even if it's a little bit. I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. As soon as I opened this book it felt like we clicked. It has helped me look at the positive side of things again and to have faith that I'm going to be okay. good book

A Great Guide for Handling Stress and Anxiety!!!!

I was so impressed by this book having been there myself and having read many books on this subject. I can relate completely to this book and tell you it is one of the best anxiety books I have ever read and so easy to follow! It's full of helpful and important tips and explanations that most books overlook. Everything you need to know to help you weather the storm of anxiety and concrete ways to rid you of it altogether.

If you are looking for a quick understanding of anxiety disorders, this is the book for you. I read the whole text in less than two hours. Written in a no-nonsense style, is upbeat and positive. The book is organized in such a way as to enable the reader to skip around to sections that are germaine to their needs without feeling lost or uninformed.

Excellent book for people who suffer with anxiety!

I love the exercises in this book!! I'm looking forward to using them with my clients, it is a really wonderful book. It is an week book that walks you through each day and gives specific exercises to help lower anxiety. All the tools alone are with the low price! Going through this book it would be impossible to be at the same level of anxiety as when you started.. I enjoyed that it was day by day with simple tasks that focus on being mindful. The author takes the care to acknowledge that managing anxiety is a life-long process and I appreciate the mindfulness homework assignments that can be done during your reading of the book, but also after, when you experience peaks in your anxiety.
