Narrators make all the difference

This book exceeded my expectations. The narrators make a huge difference in how engaged I was.

Who knew these were all tropes I loved? Or maybe just the way Sara Cate does it. This book was SO GOOD. When Charlie and her boyfriend Beau break up, she is strapped for cash and her ex forces her to go pickup their security deposit check from his dad since they aren’t on speaking terms. When Charlie meets Emerson, he mistakes her for a possible new employee of his sex club. She misunderstands his intentions and does what she’s told to get her check. When it clicks that it was a misunderstand, Emerson is humiliated and immediately apologize. To Charlie’s surprise, she really enjoyed the glimpse into this new world that she was granted. Emerson ends up hiring her to be his secretary and brings her to the club to show her how the business works. Charlie starts to learn things about sec she never knew existed, and even more, that she’s heavily into everything happening there. You watch her slowly discover who she has after a breakup and figure out all the things she enjoys, within the comfort of the “judgement free”
Club. I LOVED watching her find her shelf and grow the confidence she lacked in the beginning. This audio is as top notch and went perfect with their characters.

I absolutely LOVE this book!! This is by far the BEST Book I’ve read in a LONG time!! MUST READ TO EXPERIENCE THIS!! It has everything you’d want in an AWESOME BDSM book!!

Their ability to make smut so steamy and so heartfelt is unmatched. Every story makes me fall in love with their writing. This story is my favorite one to read over and over again.

I would unalive someone for the chance to have Emerson Grant call me a "good girl". I had no clue I was into praise kinks until this book, but dam if I didn't love every moment. I loved Emerson and Charlotte so much. Sophie, Eden, Garrett, Hunter and Drake too, plus I can't wait to get to know Maggie more. There were so many funny moments, along with some tear jerkers too. It was just fantastic.

I really loved the Emerson and Beau storyline. They went through a lot during this book and I loved the track they were on towards the end. I can't wait for his redemption in Mercy. I needed more SPC moments! Eden is amazing and I really hope she gets her own book someday. I really enjoyed getting to know the workings of the club, it really was fascinating.

The audio was fantastic. I loved Jack Calihan as Emerson and Vivienne Larue as Charlotte. This was such a great listen.

I really love this entire series. It's an all time favorite for me!
