i love everything about this book.

i love everything about this book. the story, the development of their relation. but out of all the characters, Tabatha made me cry the most. just hearing here struggles. i hope she and her daughter find someone or something that will help them heal. and finally be truly happy.

Dark Thriller…then less thrilling

The first half of this book is exciting and dark but the second half is just neverending love triangle drama! I would have preferred the whole thing be them trapped and eventually escaping at the end.

It took a few chapters but WOW

The first few chapters had me thinking it wasn't going to like it. You could tell from the start there was more between Dean and Cora and it didn't sit right with me that either of them would do that to her sister. I felt like Dean was going to be one of those "I do what I want get what I want" men but he wasn't and after a few chapters I found myself rooting for them not only to make it through but to end up together and I felt her sister was a selfish brat. I had this in my TBR for a while and I am glad I finally read it. It was a different take or an erotic story and I enjoyed it. I do recommend it but I suggest you read the trigger warnings to be sure you can handle the content.

Not much at all

It seemed very predictable. Not very memorable. I had high hopes as so many good reviews.

Wow better than I expected

All I can say is that I’m not sure how to move on to another book. There were so many parts that hurt my heart. Beautiful love story. Narration was great too.

get your kleenex

I read this but knew I had to listen to it because I'm a masochist. And Laurie West and Christian Black do an amazing job with the narration of this incredibly sad but resilient story.
If you are the kind of person who likes a good cry, this is the book for you. I'm not a crier, but I came close. My throat got all tight a few times. I don't usually like such angsty books but this is just so well done. And even though horrible things happen, it's really a story about survival and love.
Highly recommended 1000%

The plot was well written , the romance and suspense was very good. I liked the happily ever after ending. Loved this book .

Dean and Cora give you all the feels, check your trigger warnings!! I loved the book though.
