Finally, a resource for how to actually improve my life. Improvements pending, but thanks Sean for showing me why and how I can start living a more satsifying and fulfilling life. This book is worth your time, I recommend you listen or read it ASAP!

Changed my life

Serendipity.

I put off downloading TikTok until three or so weeks ago. I was scrolling through random videos as one does on TikTok, and then I come across one of the author's videos. And to be honest, I don’t even remember which one it was, but I thought that’s interesting. I remember him saying mind hacking happiness, so I looked it up, and I still found it reasonably intriguing, so I downloaded the audible version of mind hacking happiness. And just one thing that he mentions in the book has forever changed my life, and that is name it and tame it. I have a better grasp of my emotions which I have always struggled with. I can’t wait to listen to volume 2.

Crisp concepts for a clear view

When analysis is provided from the ground of "awakeness", it is rooted in truth and is simple.

I almost didn’t listen to this but I’m glad I did.

I almost stopped listening because I first thought here’s another self help book saying the same thing as all the others. But I hung in there and realized, it all sounds the same because the Wisdom itself is timeless because nature of people, is also predictable and timeless unless there is a conscious thought to change it.
(There’s nothing new under the sun. Ecc 1:9)

Listening to this book was a review of many things I already know about humans and myself, but with an explanation of why certain behaviors are hard to change in myself or others.
(Why do I do the things I don’t want to do? Rom 7:15)
Answer: My Self Map made me do it 😃

I’m happy to say I actually did learn new ways to look at those things so that I can take control of my brain.
( Take every thought captive. 2 Cor 10:5)

The biggest takeaway was recognizing the things on my Self Map and if i really want them there and the things that others may have on theirs to may explain their behaviors and help me not to react offensively and make it more likely fit me to respond with compassion or at least neutrality.

The equation sold me...

Great book. The authors points make a lot of sense. Some of the stories to set the stage for the chapter were difficult to listen to.

This is an amazing book.

I've always had problems managing stress and allowing others to create stress in my life. Since I listened to this book, and implemented some of the key practices that are taught, I've noticed my blood pressure has decreased and I'm sleeping better without stress filled nightmares. This book is a must listen.

MindBlowing

This book helps you to become more in tune to ones self in turn allowing you to understand and adapt to the world around you faster and way more efficiently. Keep yourself in check and none of the other unnecessary as I've labeled it. You will begin to Care - Less as it pertains to YOU!!!!

This is truly the best book on the Mind!

Probably one of the single best books I have ever read! No I am not exaggerating, Shaun Webb did his research and presents everything perfectly. If you don’t like this book, It’s only because you don’t understand the content and you should listen again!
If you want to understand how the mind works this is it!
