Spectacular insight into leadership/communication
Amazing to hear Monty's journey and what a gift to be able to pull leadership lessons from his stories. Slightly biased as I was a GM at Chipotle during Monty's tenure having heard him speak in Vegas; he was always engaging and the highlight of the agenda. Looking forward to sharing a recommendation for this book to colleagues and also reading it again.. and again.

Engaging story of a great leader
Highly recommended reading for anyone interested in how to revolutionize corporate culture and become a great leader. It’s inspiring to hear about how the phenomenal growth of Chipotle was built on a revolutionary transformation of it’s corporate culture. Monty Moran’s narration makes Chipotle’s story come alive.

Great message, average delivery
This book delivers a great message with excellent advice for aspiring leaders from a lawyer turned CEO who is passionate about teaching others how to lead by truly caring about team members and listening intently to what they have to say. The writing and narration quality were only average though.

Every leader must read this book
The last chapter titled “Next” was my favorite. How Wendy was helpful for the author to discover his next steps, I found encouragement and inspiration from his closing message. I’m certain that this message helped many others but it showed up to me in a perfect timing.

Inspiring and full of teachings
Monty has and amazing story and a wonderful character, that he shares in the book.
I will need to read it multiple times because there is so much where one can improve from his thoughtful words.
Not only good for being better in the work setting, but it’s j just any aspect of our lives, as a parent, spouse, a son or daughter, a friend, etc.
