Visionary guidance to excellence

I need to listen a second time, and take notes. Very inspiring to anyone, but as a small business owner, I can pull actionable steps to apply to my own business systems.

Excellent

This title is an excellent blend of business principles, how-to applications, and the life story of Horst Schulze. There are many books that cover the idea of being the best in a field, but this one stands out because Horst has actually done it. Not once, which could be explained as right place-right time luck, but consistently over his career. This book is also positive and inspiring from beginning to end. One of the best books I've listened to this year.

The performance doesn't get 5 stars because the narrator consistently mispronounces words throughout the book.

A must read for every leader

What a great book. Straight forward with actionable points. Loved hearing about the process of excellence at Ritz Carlton and Mr Schulze’s striving for excellence. Bought audio book and then bought kindle book. Plan on ting staff through it.

Tireless Inspiration from an All-Time Great

Excellent Book

This book is not only excellent but is a winner indeed. Authentic. Fresh. Every business leader should have a copy of this book and learn from the principles of not onky what makes a business great but what makes the leader greater still. I wish I can have the author come and speak to our business community in our country.

AWESOME Read!

I enjoyed this book so much. I am going to listen again in one hour increments, like a college course. Mr. Schulze explains so much common sense business, I understand how the Ritz-Carlton is considered the "best" hotel. I also enjoyed his humble beginnings & his trust in God. Thank you, Mr. Schulze for writing such a wonderful book.
