Best keto diet beginners guide..

I received a free copy of this book to review. All I can say is that this book is fantastic. I have been interested in learning more about the Keto Diet, the science behind it and practical ways to use it for my benefit (losing weight and reducing sugar levels). This book is very informative and is a basic read if you are interested in learning more about it. The suggestions on how to start a low carb diet are plain and simple and were very helpful for me and my wife to plan our grocery shopping. We have been reducing our carb intake for a couple of weeks now and we feel great and we are slowly starting to lose some weight. At the end of the book, there is a sample of an intermittent book from the same author. Another topic that I would like to read more about.
