Lovely book!

Lovely book! Intermittent Fasting company might look at this compendium for a better guide for users.
Recipes often fall short, some very short, so learning to use the pot as a tool is essential.
Try taking a clue from conventional pressure pot cooking and make adaptions. Great book!

Awesome view!

Awesome view! Nice starter book for the Intermittent Fasting. In depth instructions make cooking with a new Intermittent Fasting. The first chapters are very good basic information on how the pot works. I like how it is divided by function not meal or type of food. I am really looking forward to trying the slow cook sections Great!

Wonderful book, well written, funny, easy to read and will change your life, if you choose to switch to this life style. I highly recommend becoming a member of the delay don’t deny Facebook group. There are tens of thoughsands on people in the group who post daily INCREDIBLE before and after listen, in my opinion, are every bit as helpful as the book itself. great

This is a decent cookbook

Great book for the novice and the experienced Instant Pot user. Pictures and and recipes inspire. Best of the books I have seen. This is a decent cookbook with some hits and some misses, but worth the purchase. Wonderful book! Great times for the Instant Pot. Nice! I am in love wiith this book! Lovely! This book is for people that want to change their life style to become healthier and reduce their risk of cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc..I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended. This book is very interesting

This book is very interesting and easy to listen. My primary care doctor recommended it to me when I had shared with him that I was struggling with my weight. I listen the book and started following the plan right away. It was tough at first but I stuck with it and it got easier.

Great book

Great book for all who follow this Way of Eating. Informative, motivational, funny and relatable for those of us who have fallen off the "diet" path time and again. The author manages to break down the scientific research behind this mode of eating in a very understandable way with many references to studies and materials that can be easily accessed on the web. Like!!!
