This book changed my view on eating for good!

My therapist suggested I look at this book. It changed my life like a magic bullet, even though I gave up believing in magic bullets that change your life in an instant. Reading just the first few chapters of this book completely melted away my compulsive overeating and obsession with sweets. I am not even joking!This book changed my relationship with food completely.

Excellent book

Ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this book.

Buy the book ! You’ll be glad you did !

Author gives you a great and knowledgeable read on the subject. It’s an easy read, nice recipes too. It will take some commitment and sacrifice to get through the cleanse but in my opinion it’s well worth it.
