Excellent book
Ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this book.

This book changed my view on eating for good!
My therapist suggested I look at this book. It changed my life like a magic bullet, even though I gave up believing in magic bullets that change your life in an instant.
