Great insight

This was exactly what I was looking for. The narration is clear and to the point. I now understand the different styles of fasting and I'll dig deeper into the style I believe will suit me best.

Nothing you couldn't figure out yourself

This is too basic. I kept waiting for her to tell me something that wasn't obvious, but she never got there. I would have loved to hear about the physiology that goes along with fasting compared to other diets, for example. Apparently, there are HUGE changes our bodies undergo when we fast that would strengthen the case for fasting. Basically, here is her message:

Here are the four different types of fasting (two are practically the same) - A, B, C, and D. Which one you choose is up to you. If you exercise, be careful about fasting. If you feel faint, stop it. If you are not losing weight, or gaining, you are probably eating too many calories when you are not fasting. Coffee or tea might help with hunger while you are fasting. Fast as long as you like.
