Muy fácil de entender

Bastante explicativo todos los hábitos con varios ejemplos muy prácticos, el contenido no es una fórmula de que debes comer cada día contado gramo a gramo, si no, un cambio que puedes lleva a cabo de a poco hasta que tu cuerpo se acostumbre al nuevo hábito. Otro punto muy interesante del libro es que te explica porque es malo tener ciertos hábitos o porque es malo ciertos tipos de alimentos, explicando de una manera muy sencilla de entender. Altamente recomendado
